Robert was pretty good with us until he decided not to respond back. It’s been a good two weeks now, and we haven’t heard a word from him. No notice nor reason. We had a pre authorization letter and spoke with him about what we were looking for.
Mr Bonecutter is great he helped my wife and I very much we first time home buyers and he walked us through every step and visited several houses with us and answered all my silly questions
Robert also wanted us to do all of the house hunting ourselves. At first, we thought that was standard these days. That was, up until, we met with another realtor whom brought us the proper paperwork for each house we’ve looked into and told us she would have recommendations as well.
With that being said, we find that he is too busy for some buyers, but he doesn’t let them know. He will be there for a few houses and disappears after.
